Itinerary
Your driver will pick you up from Casablanca airport or your hotel. Begin with a stop at the Hassan II Mosque (exterior) before heading to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. Visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Oudayas Kasbah. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, where you’ll see Bab Mansour gate, El Hedim Square, and the royal stables. End the day with a visit to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in Fes in the evening and check into your riad.
After breakfast, meet your local guide for a full-day tour of Fes el-Bali, the world’s largest car-free urban area. Explore the narrow streets of the medina, visit the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and University, the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the famous tanneries where leather is still dyed by hand.
